This program is specifically designed to help you reach your goals fast! In this online package there will be x8, 20 min follow along sessions. These session can all be done with or without weights, if you do have weights at home i encourage you to use them! Tiralyn will be taking you through all the exercises in these videos, follow along and play your music in the background to make your experiences even more enjoyable! This online program consists of: 2x HIIT sessions 2x Pilates sessions 2x Strength sessions 2x Over 50s Whole Body Strength sessions 2x Warm ups 2x Cool Downs Each of these sessions are specifically tailored for our 12 week Challenge. When you can't make a group class in person or you are just too busy to do something over 30mins! 20 mins is a perfect amount of time to build muscles and get your heart rate up to keep you motivated to move your body and make healthier choices for you and/or your family.
